Cost and delivery date

The standard delivery time from the moment the order is placed is from 1 to 3 business days *.

This is the time that we need to record your payment, prepare the package and deliver it to the address you provided.

We make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible! We will notify you by e-mail when the package is prepared and shipped. Remember that in exceptional circumstances, the order fulfillment time may be extended for reasons attributable to suppliers or in the case of an exceptionally large number of orders.

Parcels are shipped via the DPD courier company. The standard shipping cost is 16PLN (for Poland) and 16 EUR (for EU Country). Currently, delivery in Poland is free and valid until further notice.

What happens if you do not collect your parcel?

Two delivery attempts are made. If you do not collect the parcel the first time, the courier will try to deliver it the next day. If you do not pick up the parcel again, it will be returned to the local DPD office. The package will be waiting for collection for 3 business days. After this time, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

* The exception is personalized products, manufactured to order. In their case, the implementation time is up to 18 business days.
