If the purchased goods do not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 14 days. For quick implementation, both processes have been simplified as much as possible, so please follow the instructions below.
IMPORTANT! The returned goods must remain unchanged. This means that it must have original labels and must not bear any signs of use, i.e. it must not have any dirt, mechanical damage or any other defects. The goods must be well protected, the packaging must be wrapped in foil or paper. Please do not put adhesive tape on the box, for example with footwear!
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
- Write us an e-mail at kontakt@feelgoodforrun.pl, in the subject line REPLACEMENT / RETURN. Be sure to include your order number.
- Pack the product (s) you want to return. You can use the packaging you received your order in.
- Send the product (s) to the following address:

- You can try on the purchased item as in the store, but be careful not to remove the tags or soil the goods.
- Within 14 days from the date we receive the package, we will replace the goods or refund the amount due to the account number provided by you in the form.
